Gator cake

I have been working on planning Baileys B-day party. He wants an alligator cake so I have been trying to get some ideas since I have decided to make it myself. I wanted to experiment on a miniture sized cake before I did one for the party. Here are the results. By the way I used red velvet cake for the inside so when it is cut it looks like blood. Gross I know but it is for a little boy so he will love it.
